EXCHANGES + RETURNS

We want to make choosing a meaningful gift for yourself or a loved one as easy as possible. That’s why if your gift isn’t quite right, or you need to return an item to us, we’ll cover the cost of return shipping within New Zealand.

RETURNS POLICY

We understand that it may be necessary to return an item to us. Please contact us within 10 working days of receipt of your order providing the reason for returning the item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Damaged, soiled, or altered items will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. All taxes, duties and customs charges incurred on deliveries outside New Zealand will be your responsibility. Gift cards are exempt from being returned.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 working days. Taxes, duties and other customs charged are non-refundable.

GIFTS

If you have received an item as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return or an exchange can be made. We do not refund gift purchases and proof of purchase will be required.

SHIPPING

We will provide you with a return shipping label and cover the cost of return shipping within New Zealand.Unfortunately any item that is returned to us from outside of New Zealand is returned at your expense (unless stated otherwise).

All taxes, duties and customs charges incurred on deliveries outside New Zealand will be your responsibility.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY JEWELLERY?

You will receive your jewelley within 3 weeks. We want to keep surplus stock to a minimum as we are starting our business to ensure we price our items competitively.

WHAT IF I WANT WHITE GOLD OR ROSE GOLD ITEMS?

We can work with our manufacturing jeweller to do this. It may take a little longer to produce given the process takes a little longer (another week or two). We should be able to do this at the same price and suggest you email to discuss.

WHERE ARE YOUR STONES SOURCED FROM?

Our Pounamu is locally sourced through our association with Ngai Tahu (the Maori guardians of West Coast Greenstone).Our natural (not made man) diamonds are sourced through suppliers who are members of the Kimberly Process Scheme (KPS). This regime was created in 2003 to increase transparency and oversight in the diamond supply chain in order to eliminate trade in conflict diamonds.

HOW DO I KNOW THE JEWELLERY IS MADE FROM WEST COAST GOLD?

We provide you with a certificate of authenticity that confirms that the gold has been mined on the Coast through alluvial ecological mining and that this gold has been tracked through the refining and manufacturing process.
